DESIGN
INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior design is about creating an environment for living. Aesthetics does not exist by itself, the interior is perceived through all its components: functionality, filling, harmony, comfort and convenience. Within the limits of service, we conduct consecutive working out of the design project, beginning with pre-design decisions and finishing with release of the working documentation (drawings necessary for the performance of design decisions on a site).
PUBLIC INTERIOR DESIGN
The design of public interiors is characterized by a more rational and thoughtful environment, where it should be convenient for everyone. Creating public spaces for many years, we focus on the functionality of design, universal style and the ability of space to transform.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Architectural design is a complex design of an object, including the development of external and internal features of the building, where all elements are provided from the beginning: construction, layout, communications, light. The well-designed architectural solution combines aesthetics, functionality, reliability and convenience. Within the limits of service, we conduct consecutive working out of the documentation, beginning with the gathering of the initial data, creation of conceptual sketches, etc., and finishing with release of the working documentation (the drawings necessary for the performance of design decisions on a site).
Designing of any public buildings (residential houses, shopping centres, cottage settlements, shopping and entertainment complexes, business centres, hotels, industrial buildings, fitness and recreation facilities), architectural solutions, facade solutions, planning solutions.
GENERAL DESIGN
The general design of buildings for various purposes includes a collection of initial data, development and approval of design documentation, author's supervision. We take care of pre-project and design works, control the progress of construction or reconstruction of buildings up to commissioning of objects. It is carried out in accordance with the government decree.
MASTER PLAN AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Landscape design is a service of the development of project documentation of all stages and sections related to the improvement of the territory adjacent to the site. Landscape design is the creation of landscape design, design of drainage systems and irrigation systems, site master plan and other solutions. This service is performed by our partners.
INTEGRATED DESIGN
Integrated design is a service on complex development of design documentation, all stages and sections. The service includes work from idea creation to release of all necessary documentation. Within the limits of service, we organize, control and synchronize the development of all sections and stages. In cooperation with our partners, we develop all project documentation and take on the role of general designer (development of related sections can be performed by a third party, as well as specialized developers).
SUPERVISION SERVICES
DESIGNER/ARCHITECTURAL SUPERVISION
A service that allows the customer not to worry about the conformity of works performed on-site to the design solutions. Includes: Control of conformity of execution to design solutions "Architecture/Design" and "Engineering networks"; Maintaining a designer's supervision journal; Consultations of the Customer and executors of works on site on issues of the design documentation and accepted decisions on the site; Consultations of the Customer and executors of works on issues of the design documentation and decisions on the site, by phone and e-mail.
SUPPORT SERVICES
SUPPORT OF KITTING
A service that allows the Customer to obtain advice and assistance in selecting suppliers, contractors and manufacturers. Includes: Selection of suppliers, manufacturers and executors; Participation in negotiations with executors in order to obtain favorable conditions; Participation in the determination
of parameters, content, filling and other characteristics of works, product and material before ordering; Verification of specifications, their compliance with requirements and optimality of choice.
SUPPORT OF IMPLEMENTATION
A service that allows the Customer to delegate to us the functions of the "Customer" to coordinate work, interact with contractors and suppliers on-site, conclude contracts and select contractors and accept work performed. Includes: Designer supervision; Support of kitting; Functions of control and coordination of contractors (control of terms, quality of delivery, quality of installation and acceptance of works); Management of terms and contracts on behalf of the Customer.
INTEGRATED SUPPORT
A service that allows the Customer to delegate to us all the functions of the "Customer" in terms of coordinating work, interacting with contractors and suppliers at the site, concluding contracts and selecting contractors, managing the financing and acceptance of work performed. Includes: Designer supervision; Support of kitting; Functions of control and coordination of contractors (control of terms, quality of materials, quality of installation and acceptance of works); Control of contracts and terms execution on behalf of the Customer; Financial control and accounting, budget control, schedule control of payments to suppliers and contractors (financial flow control) and reporting to the Customer.
