The project includes the construction of 56 premium individual houses, each ranging from 400 to 450 sq.m., designed in a modern architectural style using natural materials. The homes are planned to maximize light, space, and privacy, creating an atmosphere of comfort and harmony with nature. Residents enjoy access to a 2 km closed-loop pedestrian boulevard with running tracks, sports and children’s playgrounds, relaxation areas, and a multifunctional clubhouse for gatherings and recreation. The site layout ensures safe vehicle circulation, convenient access to infrastructure, and minimal intersections with pedestrian zones. This project combines style, nature, and comfort, offering a new standard of suburban living.
