The client requests the development of an interior design concept for a premium two-floor penthouse. The goal is to create a bright, balanced, and elegant space with clear planning, natural materials, and a neutral color palette. Special attention is given to guest areas (entrance, lift lobby, kitchen, dining area, and lounges) and private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and jacuzzis. The outdoor terrace with a pool and lounge area will extend the interior concept. Key priorities include custom-made furniture, lighting design, and high-quality finishes. Phase 1 includes three design styles, floor plans, and visual proposals for the living room and one master bedroom.
